STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • By placing an order with Vex Industries, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms supersede any prior agreements or customer-provided conditions.

  • 1.Orders and Payment

Payment: All orders are payable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

Late Fees: For invoiced accounts, payments overdue by 14 days are subject upto a 25% late fee. We reserve the right to suspend shipments for any account with an outstanding balance.

Taxes: Prices do not include state or local sales tax, which will be added at checkout based on your delivery address unless otherwise stated on your invoice or check-out page.

    2. Shipping and Risk

Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. Vex Industries is not liable for delays caused by carriers or weather.

Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

    3. Returns and Claims

8-Day Window: Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing to support@vexindustries.com within 8 days of delivery.

Returns: Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Please see our Return Policy page for more information.

    4. Liability and Warranty

"As-Is": All products are provided "as-is" without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limit of Liability: Vex Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

    5. Legal and Disputes

Arbitration: You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuits.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
