All laundry will be returned to you. While you've got great taste, we don't need more.
Non-Made to Order Products
For most other products, we do offer a free 30 day, 100% money back guarantee. Full stop. Just because we are small, doesn't mean we don't know the feeling of not wanting a product we just prucahsed. Any shipped products will hover have the cost of shipping removed from your return.

No Returns
As the Verlengbaar brand is primarlily food related, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Laundry Services
We Return All Laundry
While it would be fun to keep your laundry, that's not what we're about. Your laundry will be returned in better condition that received, since we cleaned it. Please make sure you've selected if you'd also like your laundry folded.

Brief Overview
All products/equipment must be returned by the deadline outlined in the rental agreement, late fees begin to apply soon after the deadline. Fees vary by products, future rentals, and price of the product,equipment being rented. You can file for an extenion to your contract if you need more time. See our River Stone Rentals FAQ's for more details.
Product/equipment condition must be returned in like condition of rental beginning, if their is excesive debris/dirt an additional fee may be added ($20 for fabrics, $40 for household appliances, $60for larger equipment). Ensure that all additional accessories, cables, manuals, etc. are packed in provided cases/containers as when rented to you.
